We need to know you’re you – bring valid photo ID each time

Your membership is just for you (non-transferable). We’d love to look after your friends and family, too, but they’ll need to take out their own memberships (or pay for each service). Please bring your Zubias Threading® Membership Card AND photo ID along each visit so our team can confirm it’s you before providing the service. Same applies to member discounts, specials, offers and competitions.

Valid at all participating Zubias Threading® Salons 

When you join, please check our website for current Zubias Threading® locations – we have dozens of salons, so we’re never too far away! We’re always adding new locations but, from time to time, we do close a salon. We can’t promise your favourite or closest salon will be open for the life of your membership. When you take out a Zubias Threading® Membership Card, you agree to the conditions, knowing our salon locations may change.

Reasonable use – around 8 eyebrow sessions per month

Everyone’s hair grows at different rates. As professionals, we know that 8 eyebrow sessions per month is “reasonable use” for most people. Our monitoring system will flag members visiting more often. If your hair grows super fast, management can approve and reset the figure to match your needs (within reason).

Replacement fee for lost/stolen membership card

It happens! Don’t despair. Just call 1300 81 40 41 and select “Management” or email: and we’ll cancel your card and organise a replacement ($2 fee applies).


Is there an age limit?

Yes. You must be aged 13 years or over, have an email address, telephone number and permission/authority from an accompanying adult to apply for Zubias Threading® Membership Card.

What if my contact details change?

If you change your phone number or email address, call us on 1300 81 40 41 or email: so we can keep in touch with you about your card and member offers.

Can I terminate my membership?

Yes, for any reason, simply by calling 1300 81 40 41 or emailing with your details. We’ll cancel your card ($20 fee applies). Any refund will be a proportionate rate, taking into account any discounted rate.

What happens when my card is due to expire?

We’ll email you to let you know and give you options to renew or terminate.

What else do I need to know about my membership card?

Your membership card:

·              is not transferable or saleable to any other person

·              has no cash or monetary value

·              can be terminated at any time (we reserve that right if you fail to comply with T&Cs, give us misleading info, or mistreat any of our team members)

·              is subject to conditions that may change from time to time (we’ll let you know)

·              entitles you to special offers and benefits that are subject to availability and stock levels

Our Privacy Policy forms part of the Terms and Conditions for your card.

Where’s the fine print?

Here. We feel the same way about the fine print as you do. Nothing in these T&Cs limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law. But we need to protect ourselves, our team and you. We will not be liable to you for termination of your membership for any reason whatsoever, including (without limitation) for any liability we may have to you in negligence, breach of contract or otherwise, and all conditions and as to the condition, suitability, quality, or safety of any service or retail products we supply. Any tax, liability, or duty incurred by you arising from your participation in the Zubias Threading® Membership Card is your responsibility.

In these T&Cs, “we”, “us”, or “our” means Zubias Threading Pty Ltd (ABN 90 211 491 056) or any of its affiliated authorised representatives. Each exclusion or limitation of liability in favour of us applies also to any of our Franchised Salons companies and affiliated authorised representatives. You can contact us via our website.
