Microblading

Zubias is now introducing Ombré Brows, the latest new style for your eyebrows, perfect for those who are apprehensive about permanent makeup. This look is subtle & gives a very natural appearance. Traditional Microblading is still available.

MICROBLADING OR OMBRE BROWS?

Whilst both styles produce beautiful results, it’s up to you which you prefer. Both use a micro blade but varied techniques produce di erent results; MICROBLADING creates feather-like strokes that replicate brow hairs, whereas OMBRE BROWS give a soft-shaded powder look.

If bolder brows are more your thing, we also o er a combination of Microblading & Ombre. If you’re not sure which look you prefer, your therapist will be able to advise you of the best result for your face shape, lifestyle & preference.

WHAT TO EXPECT AT YOUR PERFECTION VISIT

A perfection session is necessary after 4-6 weeks to refine your brows. During the touch up the procedure will be repeated, encouraging the pigment to embed more permanently into the skin helping the tattoo last longer. Some areas may not have picked up in the first session and will need to be refilled, more strokes can now be added as the previous sessions strokes have settled. For best results, further touch ups are recommended every 12-18 months.

BEFORE TREATMENT

Avoid excessive sunlight exposure, especially on the area going to be treated. Avoid the use of painkillers, alcohol (or anything else that may thin the blood) 24 ours prior. Ensure you are hydrated and well rested.

AFTER TREATMENT

During the healing process, darker shades of ink will most likely appear bolder, whilst lighter shades may also appear brighter. Over the next few days, the top layer will begin to scab and slough o in certain places – this process is called ‘shedding’ and takes 1-2 weeks to complete. After this process, the pigment will soften into your skin & settle to the desired shade, appearing soft and natural.
