- remove all eye makeup and clean your lashes preferably with an oil free make up remover
- do not use moisturiser before application
- do not wear mascara
- do not curl or perm the lashes as this may hinder the eyelash extension application process
- remove contact lenses
- set aside ample time for your appointment so you don’t feel rushed
- full set usually takes between 45 to 90 minutes
Eyelash Extension After Treatment Advice
- eyelash extensions will last for 4-6 weeks of you look after them with a lot of care
- no water should contact the eyes for at least 12 hours
- only use 100% oil free make up remover
- no swimming, steam, spas, hot baths for at least 48 hours
- do not apply cream, cleansers to the eyelashes at any time
- do not use any mascara on the eyelashes – if desired, get an eyelash tint prior to treatment
- do not rub eyelashes when washing the face – pat dry
- do not pull at eyelashes as you will pull out your own lashes along with the new ones
