"Decided to give threading a go as I walked past the store and saw staff member Sara at work. Had no idea what to expect. The store is clean and the chairs are very comfortable. Sara welcomed me to sit (walk ins are welcome). A few minutes later and the experiment begins (I had visions of more painful than waxing eyebrows but these caterpillars had to go)... I was surprised at how relaxed I felt with Sara. First she told me she was going to check my pain tolerance. I expected it to hurt. It didn't. Less pain than waxing by far. Curiously enough I had no redness afterwards (after waxing my skin is always red and sore regardless of where I go). So that was a pleasant surprise. She was very patient showing me where to put my hands while she worked. In the mirror afterwards I was so pleased .This technique is great. Five minutes or so and my skin was smooth not a missed hair in sight and eyebrows transformed. I liked how she kept the style very natural. Then she used a sample product to darken and define which looked really nice. And of course my favourite moment which was the rosewater spray which smelled so good. The little store is in a thoroughfare and visually open so I wouldn't recommend if you want more privacy and quiet. But for a quick visit with both great customer service and excellent results I highly recommend it. $22 very well spent. Thank you to Sara."Nat K

" I got my eye lashes permed the other day at Rain Square and all the staff were simply lovely I was running late and yet they still done it! I did get a little stinging in my eye but I have sensitive skin and it's normal for that to happen to me with things like tinting so I was expecting it. But staff were lovely and my eye lashes feel lovely and long as I already have long lashes slightly curly but I would totally recommend it to everyone. “Zubias Threading Whitfords is the best place for eyebrows! I was greeted my Malkit, the manager - with a smile as soon I walked in. She tended to me straight away and got started. She was not only extremely friendly but did an amazing job on my brows. Threading can at times be very painful especially if you get it done by someone with inexperience. However, Malkit was very quick and precise which minimised my pain so much and that comes downs to the fact that she has 10 years experience.
